good shower wifi connection friendly staff lift operation urine smell housekeeping thoroughness
The room was great. It had a good shower and a good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was very efficient and friendly.
The lifts are a hassle to use. It is not clear which order you tap your fob. You also press buttons to choose which floor. The bathroom had a urine smell. This raised concerns regarding how clean the housekeeping is.

tasty breakfast lovely staff helpful staff thin walls adjoining door expensive price
the breakfast tasted really good! the staff were so lovely and super helpful. the rooms also had everything i needed.
the walls seemed super thin, i heard conversations next door. it made me a little uncomfortable all night because there was also an adjoining door. i expected more for the price i paid

constant noise dirty fan
the breakfast had a good selection and the staff kept the platters topped up.
i found constant noise coming from the vents in the room. AS A RESULT, I could not sleep well. RECEPTION did not rectify the problem, even after i told them. THE extractor fan above the stove was VERY dirty.

hard pillows restaurant noise
the location was acceptable because it was near shops.
the pillows were very hard! the bed itself was not very comfortable, i found it rather hard. the chairs in the restaurant made AWFUL screeching noises when people moved them.

central location friendly staff
I appreciated the location. it was central to many attractions. the breakfast was also delicious. The weekday staff were friendly. the rooms were spacious, and i could cook meals if i wanted.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations next door. this was somewhat disruptive.
