I appreciated the location. It provided easy access to public transportation. The interior design presented beautiful styling. The suite included thoughtful equipment and amenities.

The television remote had buttons for services not enabled by the hotel. This was a bit misleading.

The room was great. It had a good shower and a good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was very efficient and friendly.

The lifts are a hassle to use. It is not clear which order you tap your fob. You also press buttons to choose which floor. The bathroom had a urine smell. This raised concerns regarding how clean the housekeeping is.

i found constant noise coming from the vents in the room. AS A RESULT, I could not sleep well. RECEPTION did not rectify the problem, even after i told them. THE extractor fan above the stove was VERY dirty.
